The City is making changes to parking tickets starting Tuesday, July 28. You will see a new ticket colour and adjusted deadlines to make an early payment and to request a review.

Outdoor air pollution can be harmful, especially over a long period of time. Those most at risk include people with pre-existing cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, children, and older adults (65+).

Connecting residents affected by July 1 extreme weather event with supports and services
The City is hosting a series of drop-in community information sessions for residents impacted by the July 1 extreme weather event. These sessions will connect residents with City staff, community partners and support services in one location.
Ben Franklin Place – phased reopening starting Monday, July 13
Effective Monday, July 13 at 8am, staff and the public will have access to the main atrium and associated meeting rooms, the chambers and the administrative tower (floors 1-4).
Additional resources and information for residents affected by the July 1 extreme weather event
The City has additional resources available for residents who continue to recover from the July 1 extreme weather event to help with cleanup and recovery including wellness visits, storm debris collection, flood cleanup guidance and information about insurance and claims.
