The City received a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control application to construct a three-storey, low-rise apartment building with 35 dwelling units and a one-storey underground parking garage, and two surface parking spaces. Road modifications to Bren-Maur Road West are proposed.

New residential development with a mix of units, including townhomes, back-to-back townhomes, and stacked townhomes for a total of 160 units on a vacant site. Total of 222 vehicles parking spaces and 57 bicycle parking spaces.
