The City has additional resources available for residents who continue to recover from the July 1 extreme weather event to help with cleanup and recovery including wellness visits, storm debris collection, flood cleanup guidance and information about insurance and claims.

Warmer days, busier streets: summer road safety reminders
Summer is here and with it comes a familiar shift across our streets and pathways, as more people are out walking, cycling and enjoying the outdoors. As activity increases, so does the risk of collisions, particularly at intersections, crosswalks and in school zones.
Take transit to Ottawa Bluesfest and avoid traffic impacts
Ottawa Bluesfest is ready to rock at LeBreton Flats, with concerts from July 9 to July 12 and July 15 to July 19. Residents and visitors travelling in the area can expect increased traffic and pedestrian activity throughout the festival.
How to dispose of storm-related waste
Storm-related materials will either be collected during regular garbage pickup or as a separate storm-dedicated collection, depending on resources. If your waste is left behind, please leave it at the curb as it will be collected later.
