NAC Community Dialogue: Voices of Resilience

  • National Art Centre - Le Salon 1 Elgin Street Ottawa, ON, K1P 5W1 Canada (map)

Join us for Voices of Resilience: a powerful and intimate conversation among women about resilience in the face of displacement and immigration, facilitated by Immigrant Women Services Ottawa and oral historian and educator Anam Zakaria.

In a welcoming space dedicated to people who identify as women, we will collectively share, listen and celebrate the group’s personal stories that reflect the strength and perseverance of communities navigating change and rebuilding their lives.

After the conversation, we invite you to join us for a performance of Trident Moon, an NAC English Theatre Co-production that explores survival, resilience, and the unwavering determination of women to move forward in the face of adversity. Participants of the dialogue will receive discounted tickets to the performance.

🎟️ Free event | Limited spots available | Registration required by April 4th

Come connect, reflect, and engage in a dialogue that amplifies women’s voices and lived experiences.
