The Kanata United Church community is gearing up for the 32nd annual book fair at Kanata United Church this May 9 - 11, 2024.  This is one of the biggest book fairs hosted in Eastern Ontario (or so we’ve been told). 

The event will have approximately 30,000 books (including an extensive vintage/very old book section for collectors), in very good condition, all very well categorized. Plenty of very dedicated volunteers will be onsite to assist shoppers.  All funds go to support local and national outreach programs. 

The book fair is 100% volunteer run and has been a major success for the past 30+ years thanks to our community who donates the books we sell and then returns to purchase more books.

The book fair takes place at Kanata United Church, 33 Leacock Drive, Kanata, Ontario.

The book fair hours will be Thursday and Friday 3:00-8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00AM - 2:00PM.

Most books sell for $2 to $4.

Donate books

They are accepting book donations until April 28, which help make the book fair a huge a success. Books in good condition can be dropped off at 33 Leacock Drive. If the church is not open there is a shed where books can be dropped.
