Outdoor pool end-of-season dog swim!

The outdoor pool season will bid farewell to the dog days of summer with a splash!

Right after the pools close for the season, but just before staff begin draining them, residents are invited to bring their dogs to free dog swims at local (well, localish for Barrhaven) outdoor pools!

On Labour Day, Monday 2 September, the following nearby outdoor pools will welcome four-legged residents for an hour of fun:

• Crestview Pool (56 Fieldrow St., near Merivale/Viewmount), 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

• General Burns Pool (107 Chesterton Dr., near Merivale/Meadowlands), 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Bearbrook and Genest pools in the east end will also host their own dog swim hours. Click here for more details.
