  • 📍Bilingual Babytime and Stay & Play↗ - Fridays, November 14 at 11:15am 
    Stories, rhymes and songs in English and French followed by time to socialize, explore, and play. Drop-in. For ages 0-18 months with a parent or caregiver. 
    Portes ouvertes. Pour les enfants âgés de 0-18 mois avec un parent ou gardien. 

  • 📍Kids Crafternoon: Make Your Mark↗  - Friday, November 14 at 4:00pm 
    Unwind and get inspired at the end of the week with our relaxed, hands-on creative sessions! This program is all about exploring your creativity in a fun and welcoming space. All materials are provided—just bring your imagination! All ages. Drop-in. 

  • 🏅 2025 Ottawa Book Awards Ceremony↗ - November 15 at 7 pm, 101 Centrepointe Dr. 
    For 40 years, these awards have celebrated the stories born right here in our city: fiction that moves us, non-fiction that opens our eyes, and voices in both English and French that remind us just how vibrant Ottawa’s literary scene really is.  Enjoy a talk with this year's keynote speaker: Charlotte Gray. 🎟️ Free and open to all.  

  • 📍New Readers: Crafting A Story Book Club↗ - Saturday November 15 at 2:00pm
    New to independent reading? Join us for a story and then craft or artwork about the story and characters. For kids ages 5-8 and their adult reading partner. Registration required. 

  • 📍Sunday Program: Family Storytime and Craft↗ - Sunday, November 16 at 10:30am 
    Stories, rhymes, and songs for children of all ages and a parent or caregiver followed by an arts & crafts activity. Drop-in program. Family program 

  • 📍Parenting in Ottawa Drop-in with Public Health Nurses↗ - Tuesday, November 18 at 1:00pm 
    Speak, in person, with a Public Health Nurse to get support around infant feeding and parenting. No appointment is necessary, simply drop in during these hours. Learn ways to help your child eat healthy and be active Make sure your child is on track with their growth and development. In partnership with Ottawa Public Health. 

🚚 Library Book Delivery Service - Homebound Services

A free service offering monthly delivery of Ottawa Public Library materials directly to your door. Ottawa residents who are unable to visit the Library regularly due to age, illness or disability. A minimum commitment of three months is required to sign up for the service. Please contact Homebound Services at 613-580-2944 or email Homebound@BiblioOttawaLibrary.ca
