Véro Dupuis, une de nos bibliothécaire, n’a pas mis longtemps à dévorer, d’un trait et avec passion, l’essai percutant de Simon paré-Poupart, Ordures ! Journal d’un vidangeur.

Sympathisant avec l’auteur, elle apprécie le sujet hors du commun qu’aborde le livre et se laisse gagner par la cause, découvrant un peu plus, page après page, à travers les anecdotes de l’auteur, la puissante réalité des vidangeurs.

Simon Paré-Poupart sera des nôtres, le mercredi 27 mai prochain à 19h, à la succursale St-Laurent. L’auteur reviendra sur son parcours et sur ce qui l’a mené après vingt ans à collecter les déchets dans la Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal, à écrire ce premier essai marquant.
