As the largest French and English bilingual public library in North America, Ottawa Public Library invites Francophones and Francophiles of all ages to enjoy several special programs and explore OPL’s many resources in French during Mois de la Francophonie. Celebrate the power of the French language and its cultural impact with us at the library this Francophonie Month!
