📌Finish the school year strong with help from the library

  • 🦉 Mondays 4:30-6:00 pm
    The Ottawa Scrabble Club is hosting Youth Scrabble↗ at the Library.  Whether you're an experienced player or a beginner, the fast-paced and competitive nature of the game is sure to keep you engaged and focused. Drop-in for ages 10-18.

  • 📖 Mondays and Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 pm
    Come join our Homework Help↗ and get help with reading, math, science, French, English, etc. Bilingual help is available. Led by United for Literacy. Drop in for ages 6-12.  

  • 📓 Mondays 5:15-5:45 pm
    Reading Buddies pairs teen volunteers with new readers or fun and interactive read aloud sessions. Together they will share the joys of reading in a friendly, encouraging and enthusiastic environment. Registration required for April-May↗ or May-June↗ sessions. Children ages 5-8.  

  • ✂️ Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 pm
    At the After School Club↗, drop-in after school to unwind with a different craft and activity each week! For school-aged children. 

 📌 Lifelong learning opportunities at the library

  • 👗 Thursdays 6:30-8:30 pm
    Slow-stitchers and handcrafters - If you hand sew, quilt, knit, crochet, embroider, english paper piece or any other handcraft, please join us for a fun, welcoming get together to work on your own projects. Everyone and all ages welcome.

  • 🎥 Educational videos to stream↗ for learners of all ages.
