🎬 Film Screening: Assez French (French Enough) by Alexis Normand 🎬
This year, the Rendez-vous de la Francophonie (RVF) marks its 25th anniversary with the theme of celebration. For the 18th year in a row, the National Film Board of Canada (NFB) is taking part in the festivities, highlighting "the music of French"—the unique sound and feel of the French language and its diverse manifestations!
With her new film Assez French (French Enough), singer-songwriter Alexis Normand illuminates the struggle and triumph of reclaiming francophone Canadian identity on the Prairies. Join us on Thursday, March 2 at 6:30 pm for a screening of the film (18 mins, French with English subtitles)! The screening will be followed with a discussion in French of issues raised in the film as a part of our weekly French Conversation Group.

March Break is just around the corner! OPL is offering free, fun, educational programs for children (ages 4 to 12) and teens (ages 13 to 17) from March 13 to March 17. There are both virtual and in-person programs available. Registration opens Monday, February 27 at 10 am!

Compassionate Ottawa presents facilitated group discussions about values, wishes and beliefs for personal health care. You will learn more about the Advance Care Planning process, including the rules in Ontario, and most importantly on how to start difficult conversations with your loved ones.
