New Zoning By-law workshops

As part of the continued resident engagement efforts for the new Zoning By-law↗, staff will be holding a series of in-person workshops across the city in October and November to gather more community feedback and to share more information about zoning by-laws, what we have now, what’s changing, and why it’s needed.

There will be display boards and round table discussions to ensure the evening is informative and engaging. Feedback from the sessions will help inform the second draft of the new Zoning By-law.

Five in-person workshops are currently scheduled, all starting at 6:30 pm:

  • Tuesday 1 October - Ray Friel Recreation Complex (1585 Tenth Line Road, Orléans)

  • Tuesday 8 October - John G. Mlacak Community Centre (2500 Campeau Drive, Kanata)

  • Tuesday 15 October - Fred Barrett Arena (3280 Leitrim Road, Gloucester)

  • Tuesday 22 October - City Hall (110 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa)

  • Tuesday 5 November - Confederation Education Centre (1645 Woodroffe Avenue, Nepean)

Virtual opportunities will be available in the future.
